Copyright transfer agreement

Kobe Drawing Factory (hereinafter "A") and the image contributor (hereinafter "B") conclude the following contract (hereinafter "this contract") regarding the transfer of the copyright of the posted image to OEKAKI PROJECT.

Article 1 (assignment of copyright)

B will transfer all copyrights of the posted images (hereinafter referred to as "this copyright") to A.

2. This copyright includes the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act.

3. This copyright shall be transferred to A when it is posted to OEKAKI PROJECT.

Article 2 (Transfer of original version)

B will transfer the original version of this work to A.

2. B will hand over the original version of this work at the time of posting the image, and the ownership of the original version of this work will be transferred to A by this delivery.

Article 3 (moral rights of author)

B shall not exercise any copyright and personality rights.

Article 4 (Consideration)

We do not seek transfer consideration under this Agreement.

Article 5 (Infringement of the rights of a third party)

Second Party warrants to First Party that the use of posted images will not infringe the copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.

Article 6 (Release)

If you fall under any of the following items, we may cancel all or part of this contract.

① When B violates each clause of this contract

(2) When there is a petition for bankruptcy, special liquidation, civil rehabilitation, or corporate reorganization for B

③ In the event of any other reason that makes it difficult to continue this contract.

Article 7 (Confidentiality)

First Party and Second Party shall not disclose or leak the secret acquired in this Agreement to a third party without the written consent of the other party.

Article 8 (jurisdiction)

First Party and Second Party agree that the Kobe District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance in the event of a dispute regarding this Agreement.

Article 9 (Matters to be discussed)

Matters not stipulated in this agreement or any doubts that arise in the interpretation of the stipulated matters shall be resolved through consultation each time.

​ This contract shall be concluded when B submits an image to OEKAKI PROJECT operated by A.
